Terms and Conditions

Use of the Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. website is governed by the terms, policies and conditions set forth below. Please review carefully. Placing an order indicates your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. At any time the terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Any website order is subject to approval by Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. Any order can be rejected for any reason at any time. Verification of order information may be required prior to acceptance. Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer. Orders may take up to 24 business hours for approval and processing.

Pricing

Web site pricing only applies to orders placed online. Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. reserves the right not to honor web site pricing for orders placed in any other manner than online order submission. Product or pricing errors may occur. Once an error is noticed we will notify you at once and give you the option of changing your order. No orders will be processed until the buyer has approved all changes.

Products

From time to time products are discontinued or are no longer available. If you choose an item this applies to, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware.

Substitutions

If major brand products such as GE, Phillips, Sylvania, Advance and Universal are not ordered, items are subject to substitution with an equivalent brand due to item availability. The substitute product will be of equivalent quality and meet or exceed product specifications however the brand may be less recognizable. Major brand items will not be substituted without prior approval from buyer.

Sales Tax

The buyer is responsible for payment of any state and local sales or use tax that may be applied.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover). Purchase orders are also accepted for those customers who have completed a credit application and been approved credit. Credit approval process may take a few days based on the response time for references listed. Please email our sales dept for a copy of our credit application at sales@dyna-brite.com.

Shipping Policy

In the event shipping costs are miscalculated on the website, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping if the charges are more than authorized when the order was originally placed.

UPS Ground, Next Day, and 2nd Day Air are the available shipping options for small packages. For air shipment of products that are not in stock the customer will be contacted via phone or email for notification of shipment delay. Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. is not responsible for shipment delays for orders requiring additional approval. Orders will not be shipped until all changes are approved by the buyer. LTL Truck lines are used for larger shipments. Additional LTL services (ex. limited access, residential, re-delivery attempts) will be invoiced and charged to the buyer upon notification from the truck line. Additional charges may not be known at time of order placement.

Free shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders over $1,200 delivering within the continental United States. Free shipping is limited to UPS-Ground and standard LTL shipments. Air services and additional LTL charges are not included. All orders must be shipped complete to qualify for free shipping. Buyer will be notified if an order does not meet these terms prior to shipping.

Will Call

Orders placed for will call can be picked up at our distribution center at 200 McElhiney Road, Dickson, TN 37055 between the hours of 9am and 4pm CST. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Product Warranty

All products are sold new and carry the manufactures standard warranty. For defective products please contact our customer service department about replacement. Please note a manufacturers’ statement of Average Rated Life Hours does not imply a warranty.

Returns

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued prior to returning any items. Any items considered for return must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. RGA’s must be requested and items returned within 90 days of receipt. No RGA’s will be issued or accepted after 90 days from noted time of delivery. Credit will not be issued for items that are returned without an RGA number or do not meet the aforementioned criteria. Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee when applicable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Due to electrical integrity that can be compromised on some items, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Ballasts, Light Fixtures and Electrical Parts.

Damages and Discrepancies

Damages and order discrepancies must be reported to Dyna-Brite Lighting, Inc., within 3 business days from time of delivery by carrier. All damages to LTL shipments must be noted on carriers delivery receipt at time of acceptance. PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT FOR ANY REASON. As the shipper we will file a damage claim with the carrier on the customer’s behalf and arrange for replacement at no charge or issue refund. If replacement is required on a product that can only be shipped in case quantities, than a full case must be shipped and charged for, less the actual damage and no additional shipping charges. If the total amount of the product for replacement for either damage or defective is less than $10, a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer.
